Effective March 1, 2024

Engagement

All engagements are governed by a mutually executed statement of work (SOW) detailing scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, and payment schedule. These site terms complement, and never override, those signed agreements.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the work product delivered. We reserve the right to reference anonymized outcomes for marketing unless explicitly prohibited.

Liability

TRG Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the amount paid for the project giving rise to the claim.
